At Mour Handicrafts, every piece we create is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made-to-order by skilled artisans, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure fairness for both our customers and craftspeople.
Before Production Begins
You may cancel your order before our artisans begin crafting your piece. A full refund will be issued minus a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing costs.
Once Production Has Started — No Cancellation
Once our artisans have begun working on your piece, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided. This is because:
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
For custom pieces and larger orders, we require a 50% advance payment to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before shipping.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only processed under the following specific conditions:
