Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Mour Handicrafts, every piece we create is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made-to-order by skilled artisans, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure fairness for both our customers and craftspeople.

3. Custom & Large Orders

For custom pieces and larger orders, we require a 50% advance payment to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before shipping.

• The advance payment is non-refundable once production has commenced.
• You will receive progress updates and photos during the crafting process.
• Final payment must be completed before your piece is dispatched.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only processed under the following specific conditions:

• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Significant Defects: If there is a significant manufacturing defect that was not visible in the pre-shipment photos shared with you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assess and provide an appropriate resolution.
• Wrong Item Delivered: In the rare event we send the wrong item, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
