At Mour Handicrafts, each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans after you place your order. Because our products are made-to-order and crafted from natural stone, please allow adequate time for both production and shipping.

2. Delivery Timeline

Note: Larger or more intricate pieces may require additional crafting time. For custom orders, we will communicate the expected timeline when you place your order.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship throughout India using trusted courier partners:

• Courier Partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and other reliable services
• Shipping Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch (varies by location)
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships
• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take additional time

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship our handcrafted stone pieces worldwide!

• Courier Partners: FedEx, DHL, or other international carriers
• Shipping Time: 7-14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
• Tracking: Full tracking available for all international shipments

5. Shipping Costs

Note: International orders may still be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country (see International Shipping section above).

6. Personal Pickup (Get Shipping Refund)

How it works:

• Contact us with your order number and let us know you'd like to arrange a personal pickup
• We'll notify you when your order is complete and ready for collection
• After you collect your order, we'll refund the shipping portion to your original payment method
• Pickup is available during business hours (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 6 PM)
• Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation

7. Packaging

Stone products require special care during transit. We take extra precautions to ensure your piece arrives safely:

• Each piece is wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap
• Products are placed in sturdy corrugated boxes with additional padding
• Fragile labels are applied to all packages
• Larger items may be shipped in custom wooden crates

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

• You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number
• You can track your shipment through the courier's website
• For any tracking issues, please contact us with your order number

9. Delivery & Inspection

• Open your package carefully and inspect the contents
• Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs

10. Delivery Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
• Include any apartment numbers, building names, or landmarks

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
