Mour Handicrafts creates and sells handcrafted stone handicrafts, including but not limited to sculptures, decorative items, home accessories, and functional art pieces. All our products are:

• Made-to-order after your purchase is confirmed

3. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

These characteristics are inherent to handmade products and natural stone—they are features, not defects, and make each piece truly unique. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on these natural variations.

The images on our website are representative of the product style and design. While we make every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display reflects the exact color of the stone.

4. Orders & Production Timeline

Unlike mass-produced products, our items are crafted after you place your order. This means:

• Production Time: Most orders take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and size of your order.
• Larger or Custom Pieces: May require additional time. We will communicate the expected timeline when you place your order.
• Progress Updates: For custom orders, we will share photos of your piece during the crafting process.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.

5. Payment Terms

• Standard Orders: Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
• Custom & Large Orders: A 50% advance payment is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before shipping.
• Accepted Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payment methods through our secure payment partners.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. International customers may see converted prices in their local currency.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins (5% admin fee applies).
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• We ship within India and internationally.
• Delivery typically occurs 2-4 weeks from order placement (production + shipping time).
• You are responsible for inspecting your package upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately.

All content on our website—including text, images, product designs, photographs, logos, and graphics—is the property of Mour Handicrafts and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kishangarh/Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
